Uygulamadaki «FocalWell'e gönder» ile bir karenizi bize yollamayı seçerseniz, kare kendi Mail hesabınızdan gönderdiğiniz bir e-postaya eklenir. Arka planda sessizce hiçbir şey yüklenmez: göndereni siz olursunuz ve posta çıkmadan önce içeriğini görürsünüz.
Gönderdiğiniz kare için FocalWell'e, o kareyi uygulamanın tanıtım ve topluluk paylaşımlarında kullanma izni vermiş olursunuz. Kareler uygulamanın kendi klasöründe tutulur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu klasör de silinir. Saklamak istediğiniz kareleri Fotoğraflar'a aktarmanızı öneririz. Uygulama içindeki silme işlemleri — tek kare silme ve tanktaki filmi yakma dahil — geri alınamaz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı taahhüt edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmemektedir.
Film simülasyonlarının adları, karakterini andırdıkları emülsiyonları tarif etmek için kullanılmaktadır. FocalWell bu emülsiyonların üreticileriyle bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından desteklenmemektedir ve anılan markalar kendi sahiplerine aittir.
FocalWell ücretsiz indirilir. Uygulamanın tamamı — bütün film ruloları, bütün objektifler, sınırsız uzun ve çift pozlama — FocalWell Pro ile açılır. Pro iki şekilde alınır: aylık ya da yıllık abonelik, ya da bir kez ödenen ve yenilenmeyen ömür boyu erişim. Güncel fiyatlar uygulamadaki satın alma ekranında, App Store'un o ülkedeki para biriminde gösterilir; fiyat ülkeye göre değişir.
Ömür boyu erişim tek seferliktir: yenilenmez, iptal edilmesi gerekmez ve aynı Apple Kimliğiyle kurulan cihazlarda "Satın alımı geri yükle" ile açılır. Denemesi yoktur; ücretsiz deneme yalnızca yıllık abonelikte geçerlidir.
Yıllık plan ücretsiz bir deneme süresiyle başlar; güncel süre satın alma ekranında yazar. Aylık planda deneme yoktur, ödeme hemen başlar. Deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmezse seçilen plan üzerinden ödeme başlar. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece kendiliğinden yenilenir ve ödeme Apple Kimliğinizden alınır. İptal ve plan değişikliği App Store hesap ayarlarından yapılır; uygulama üzerinden iptal edilemez, çünkü ödemeyi biz değil Apple tahsil eder.
Fiyat değişirse yürürlükteki aboneliğiniz dönem sonuna kadar eski fiyattan devam eder; Apple değişikliği yenilemeden önce size bildirir. Kullanılmamış deneme süresi, abonelik satın alındığında sona erer. Ömür boyu erişim satın alındığı fiyattan kalıcıdır; sonraki zamlar sizi etkilemez.
Koşullar değişirse güncel metin bu adreste yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.

FocalWell is an iOS photography app that imitates the experience of shooting a medium format camera. When obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies; the terms below are in addition to it.
You retain all rights to the frames you shoot with the app. Unless you send one to us, FocalWell never sees them and never transmits them anywhere; they stay on your device.
If you choose to send us a frame with “Send us this frame” in the app, it is attached to an email sent from your own Mail account. Nothing is uploaded quietly in the background: you are the sender, and you see the message before it leaves.
By sending a frame you give FocalWell permission to use it in the app's promotional and community posts. That permission does not transfer ownership — the rights stay with you, and you remain free to use the frame anywhere you like. Your name is never printed. If you change your mind, write to focalwell@gmail.com and we will take it down.
Frames are kept in the app's own folder. Deleting the app deletes that folder. We recommend saving frames you want to keep to Photos. Deletions inside the app — including deleting a single frame and burning the film in the tank — cannot be undone.
The app is provided "as is". No promise is made that it will run uninterrupted or free of defects, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
The names of the film simulations are used to describe the emulsions whose character they evoke. FocalWell is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of those emulsions, and the names referred to belong to their respective owners.
FocalWell is free to download. The whole camera — every film roll, every lens, unlimited long and double exposures — unlocks with FocalWell Pro, which comes two ways: a subscription billed monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen inside the app, in your App Store region's currency, and they differ by country.
Lifetime access is a single payment: nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel, and it restores on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with "Restore purchases". It has no trial — the free trial applies to the yearly subscription only.
The yearly plan starts with a free trial; its current length is shown on the purchase screen. The monthly plan has no trial and billing starts right away. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts on the plan you chose. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and payment is taken from your Apple Account. Cancellation and plan changes happen in your App Store account settings, not in the app — Apple collects the payment, not us.
If a price changes, your active subscription continues at the old price until the period ends; Apple notifies you before the renewal. Any unused part of a free trial ends when a subscription is purchased. Lifetime access is permanent at the price you paid; later increases do not affect it.
If these terms change, the current text will be published at this address and the effective date updated.
